Who Are We?

QMS was initially founded by healthcare professionals, Dennis Sta. Ana, M.D. and Randy Talamayan, M.D. together with entrepreneur-partners, among them real estate expert William Scheirman.
Starting with providing back end processes for medical facilities, the founding partners observed that many processes were not yet tapped by existing BPOs. Thus, they saw the opportunity to offer services that add real value to one’s business. They also saw that these services could be offered at a lower cost without sacrificing efficiency, productivity and of course, quality.
To provide quality and cost-effective outsourced solutions through collaborative efforts amongst the client, stakeholders and partners.

A graduate of University of Santo Tomas’ faculty of medicine and surgery, Dr. Randy Talamayan undertook a combined internal medicine and pediatrics program in Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center located in Brooklyn, New York, United States.
Today, he has an established medical practice in New Jersey and holds administrative roles in various healthcare networks around the state. His entrepreneurial streak reveals itself in his position as president and managing member of ISA General Construction LLC.
As Founder and President of QMS, he aims to make the lives of business owners easier and help companies survive, become more efficient and cost-effective.
Marikina native Dr. Dennis Sta. Ana earned his medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas and specialized in general surgery at The Medical Center with a diplomate in advanced minimally invasive surgery at the Laparoscopy Hotel in New Delhi.
Doc Dennis, as he is called, has an entrepreneurial spirit, having operated a trucking company for a brief period in the late ‘90s. He augmented his business savvy by earning a master’s degree in hospital administration at Philippine Women’s University.
As head of Life Nurture Inc. Doc Dennis succeeded in forging a sizable public-private partnership in the field of healthcare in the country.
He is also currently founder and medical director of Diliman Doctors Hospital as well as president of Batangas Healthcare Specialists Medical Center.
William Scheirman, a perennial salesman in his younger years, is a player in the construction industry. He, too, hails from Marikina and is a graduate of Mapua University with a master’s degree in business from the Asian Institute of Management.
Apart from Scheirman Construction Consolidated Inc., he is also affiliated with a number of other organizations, among them Life Nurture Inc., HealthRX Inc., Batangas Healthcare Specialists Medical Center and One Katipunan Residences.
William believes that QMS is a truly great place to work, filled with opportunities for employees’ personal and professional growth.
Cherry Sta. Ana not only holds a master’s degree in early childhood (Special Education), but she also holds a master’s degree in hospital management.
As Senior Vice President for Administration, Cherry is tasked with overseeing all administrative operations in the BPO.
From her early work experience in banking, she now holds several leadership roles with groups she is affiliated with, such as HealthRX Inc. and RX Direct Inc.
Isidro Grumo, called ‘Sid’ by friends and colleagues, oversees daily operations, reports to corporate officers, delegates and manages employees and tasks, implements strategies for business growth and engages in customer activities.
As Sid is involved in various other ventures, he gained experience in business administration, employee supervision, client communication as well as information technology and operations management.
His other ventures also continue to teach him the importance of an organizational system through which he meets deadlines as well as deal with unanticipated situations. One of this officer’s secret weapons is delegation, the mark of an experienced manager. Through this, he shows that he places value on others by empowering them and trusting them with responsibility.
